Reopening and Keeping Our Customers Safe

Here at Escape City Buffalo, Buffalo’s Best Escape Rooms our customer’s and employee’s safety has always been our top priority. We are happy to announce that we will be reopening on June 30, 2020 with reservations opening soon after.  With your safety in mind Escape City Buffalo has set in place the following protocols to ensure you have the safest experience possible:

1) PRIVATE GAMES: We are continuing to only allow private bookings which will ensure that you will not be playing with strangers.

2) FACE COVERINGS: All customers entering the building will be required to wear a face covering per New York State regulations. Once players are inside their private game face coverings will not be required.

3) CONTACTLESS CHECK-IN: Upon arrival please call us. We may ask you to wait in your car as we prepare for your group. Once inside guests will be required to sign in and can now do so through their own cell phone.

4) TEMPERATURE SCREENING: We have partnered with Healthguard Technologies and have a touch-less temperature check for all customers and employees. Each customer in the group must have their temperature screened upon arrival. If one person in your group has an elevated temperature, you will be asked to reschedule the booking. 5) SAFETY EQUIPMENT: Hand sanitizer, masks, and disposable gloves will be readily available for both customers and employees.

6) DISINFECTING: We’ve added more time in between games to allow our staff to disinfect with medical-grade disinfectant. This includes misting and wiping down all spaces inside the game.

7) EMPLOYEE SAFETY: All employees will have their temperature screened before coming to work. Anyone with a fever or not feeling well will be sent home. All employees are required to wear masks at all times and respect social distancing around customers.
